Dear Jean,

I would be remiss if I did not drop you off a quick note of thanks for the manner in which you handled our recent Oceania cruise. (As an aside, Oceania is as first cabin as you can get)

As I noted previously, I was USAF Chief of Protocol and as such, am probably more attuned than most to the small touches of service that make the difference between an average vacation... and a spectacular one. Your effort raised the bar to a height seldom achieved by other travel agencies.

You were on top of every detail right out of the gate; johnny on the spot, so to speak. The daily updates, the handling of payments to various agencies, the detailed guidance/instructions from embarkation to debarkation; I could go on but the picture is crystal clear. You are as good as I have ever seen. Frankly, I'm not sure I was expecting such service.

I have no idea how anyone does this planning alone, pounding away at Google sites or handling family bickering, when they can merely sit back and let you handle everything from soup to nuts. And I'm glad I didn't even give it a try.

I was so pleased with our recent river cruise to the south of France. After going to the seminar for Emerald cruises, my husband and I decided to book through Your agency.
From beginning to end, the trip planning and communication were excellent.
We had a marvelous time. Emerald Cruise line did not miss a step throughout the entire trip. The food, the service and staff were excellent. Our ship was spotless and offered a restful atmosphere. We enjoyed ever tour and a few new locations added to agenda.

The tour guides were very informed and very helpful. We found that 70% of our fellow travelers had been on Emerald cruises previously.

Hello Jean - Thank you so much for booking us at Beaches Ochos Rios! Everything was perfect! Thank you for everything! The room was awesome with a door that walked right out to the ocean/beach. The concierge service was helpful and so responsive to everything we needed! Resort itself is beautiful with 2 pools and so much to do. The People are so nice and friendly! We enjoyed the water sports that were included (Banana Boat, glass bottom boat ride, & snorkeling trip). The food, drinks, and entertainment at the resort were top notch! Our son, David Jr. loved the sesame street characters to include a special breakfast that we did with all of the sesame street characters. Please see enclosed pictures. Everything was perfect! Thanks for everything. We hope to go back very soon! 10 out of 10 stars for us!

We met Jean at the Saint Clements Castle bridal expo and she turned us on to Sandals Antigua. Our honeymoon could not have been better! She helped us book both our stay as well as our plane tickets, which was a great help; In addition, she kept us updated concerning changes in pricing and flight information. She also patiently answered all questions we had concerning our stay in Antigua. It was the most wonderful honeymoon. We played volleyball, snorkeled, walked the beach, and even took a ride into town for shopping. We had so much fun we already booked our return!

We recently returned from our dream honeymoon in Negril, Jamaica. We had the pleasure of working with Jean Foisie to make this trip happen.

My husband, who was planning the trip as a surprise for me, met Jean at the bridal showcase at Saint Clements Castle. We were about four months from our wedding day and had not made any honeymoon arrangements yet. Jean was able to guide him through selecting coordinating all of the details of the perfect surprise honeymoon.

When Jamie’s first choice for a destination was already booked, Jean assisted Jamie in finding a great spot that would make us just as happy. We ended up at the perfect location for us, Sandals Negril Beach Resort & Spa.

Everything about our trip was flawless. We had all of our travel information, including all of the vouchers a good month before the trip. We were booked on a flight early in the morning, which got us to Jamaica and to our resort in time to still enjoy some of the day. We were upgraded from a honeymoon loft to a swim-up suite, which was such a great surprise! We enjoyed amazing weather and even better service and accommodations.

Perhaps most importantly, Jean worked to make sure that our honeymoon stayed within the budget Jamie had specified. She was knowledgeable, eager and organized; making the process an easy one for us! We cannot thank Jean enough for helping us to plan a honeymoon that was packed with memories! It was the perfect way to start our marriage.

We hope that our future holds many more trips, and we hope that Jean will help us to plan each and every one of them!

Everything was phenomenal. We were so impressed by the food, the service, and all of the opportunities to "play." We snorkeled, sailed, went to the spa, used the water tricycle, rented a wave runner, took a horse/buggy through town, went sailing at sunset, went to Fort Charlotte for a history lesson....and of course did lots of drinking by the pool! We so enjoyed our private dinner and appreciate all you did to help us be "VIPs" - we had breakfast delivered to our room everyday and a lovely cheese and cracker plate (along with the champagne) delivered to us at arrival.

What an amazing trip and thank you again so much for all you did. We can't wait to go again! What is your opinion of other Sandals resorts - where might you recommend we try next?

Hi Jean,

We had a super, fantastic, dreamy weddingmoon!!! We received your welcome card and a nice bottle of champagne and we ended up being upgraded to a roundadla with the butlers and everything – it was so much more than wonderful.

It was gorgeous everyday and we were able to keep are wedding date of 12/12 J

I have attached some pictures… Sandals was top shelf and everyone was very pleasant… we couldn’t find one native who wanted to come home with us ;}

Well, sadly we are home from Jamaica. There are no words to describe what a wonderful time we had. It was truly amazing, and we have you to thank. There's no way we would have ever thought to go to Jamaica or even Sandals for that matter had you not recommended them. We are now truly spoiled and must travel every year.

Sandals Negril was beautiful, fun and definitely the party atmosphere you mentioned. We enjoyed it very much... Until we arrived at Whitehouse. Oh my goodness!! Now that was the honeymoon of our dreams. Thank you, thank you, for sending us to Negril first. If we had gone there after Whitehouse I would have cried. They are like night and day. We had so much fun at Negril we discussed renewing our vows there until we arrived at Whitehouse. Then we realized how much of this earth we have not seen, and cannot wait to travel more. We are so grateful to you for sending us to such a romantic place for our honeymoon. You can be sure we will not be traveling anywhere without having you plan our trips for us.

Jean Foisie of TravelVision has been planning our trips for the past 6 years.
